Structural Engineering services include

Design of both sub-structure and superstructure for new build using either reinforced concrete, structural steelwork, masonry or timber mediums.

Design of extensions or alterations to existing properties.Submission of all new-build or alteration work to building control. Design of retaining walls and other external structures. Specifying remedial works, obtaining Building Control approval and tenders, and administering a contract to carry out the work.
Attendance at meetings.

Desktop study of site conditions.
Instigation of ground investigation by means of boreholes and/or trial pits and reporting on the same.
Inspecting and reporting of residential and commercial buildings.
